Dear New Brand Manager

Allyn International Services, Inc. (Allyn) recently promoted Bailey Dear to Brand Manager in the Fort Myers office. Dear is responsible for ensuring that Allyn services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers, and Allyn’s mission and values resonate with current and potential employees. This position works with the Marketing Director in developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities on a global basis.

Before Dear’s promotion, she held the Global Trade Compliance Specialist position for Allyn responsible for direct implementation of trade compliance programs, policies, and procedures, training and internal audit programs to help ensure compliance with U.S. Government and non-U.S. import and export regulations. Dear obtained her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Marketing, from The Ohio State University in 2013.
