Allyn is pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Roberts to IT Business Analyst, marking an exciting transition from the Trade Compliance department to Allyn’s IT team. Roberts joined Allyn in January 2026 and has quickly made a meaningful impact through her dedication to learning, collaboration, and continuous growth.

In her new role, Roberts will support technology initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, from understanding business challenges and defining current and future states to gathering technical requirements, supporting system and data testing, and driving SaaS implementations. Her experience in highly regulated fields, including medical device and international trade compliance, provides a strong foundation for understanding complex business processes and developing technology solutions. She also brings experience in data visualization, project management, and programming.

Roberts is also actively involved in her community. In March, she was voted in as Director for Scholarships for the American Association of University Women (AAUW) – Greater Naples Branch, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting education and professional development. In her free time, Roberts also shares her passion for analytics through her blog, Beyond the Dashboard Analytics.

Roberts graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in Fort Myers, Florida, where she earned a double bachelor’s degree in International Business Management and Analytics and Informatics. She is currently continuing her education at FGCU while completing a graduate certificate in Analytics.

Reflecting on her transition to IT and her experience at Allyn, Roberts shared her appreciation for the team’s collaborative culture and international perspective. “Originally from The Bahamas, I am grateful to work for a firm that prioritizes international connections and diversity in thought. I've found where I truly belong in the U.S., with a team that works hard to make a difference.”

Allyn congratulates Rebecca Roberts on this well-deserved promotion and looks forward to seeing her continue to grow and make an impact in her new role as IT Business Analyst.
