Allyn International Promotes Olivia Hess to Americas HR Manager

Fort Myers, FL (June 12, 2026) – Allyn International is pleased to announce that Olivia Hess has been promoted to Americas HR Manager.

Hess joined Allyn International Services, Inc. in 2018 as a member of the Human Resources team at the company's global headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida. During her initial tenure, she served as Americas HR Manager, helping support employee development and Human Resources initiatives across the region.

In 2023, Hess left Allyn to focus on her growing family. She returned to the company in 2024 in a part-time capacity, where she continued to make meaningful contributions through special projects and strategic initiatives, including supporting Allyn's ISO certification efforts. Her expertise, dedication, and commitment to the organization's success quickly reinforced the value she brings to the company and its employees.

In her new role as Americas HR Manager, Hess will oversee human resources operations across the Americas region, supporting talent development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives that contribute to Allyn's continued growth and success.

Hess graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
