Posted on August 18, 2025
Fort Myers, FL – August 18, 2025 – Allyn International is proud to announce its recent contribution to Future Forestry, raising over $6,500 this quarter through employee donations and a company match initiative.
Future Forestry is a nonprofit organization based out of Southwest Florida with a mission to rebuild the forest canopy in areas of need. For over 15 years, Future Forestry has led the effort in creating ecosystems for native plants and animals to thrive.
Allyn team members came together at the southeast corner of Burnt Store Road and Embers Parkway to plant native trees (100 Bald Cypress + 300 Slash Pines + 50 Live Oaks) and contribute to the revitalization of the local landscape. As well as their physical contribution to the community the employees at Allyn raised money in a variety of ways throughout the quarter (snack sales and cycling for a tree) with the leadership of Amparo Elizondo.
Future Forestry mission is to rebuild the forest canopy and in the process clean the air, water and make a great home for other native plants and animals. Visit their website today to find all upcoming ways you can volunteer: https://futureforestry.org/
