Section 301 Exclusions Extended

The USTR announced that 178 product-specific exclusions under the Section 301 tariffs on imports from China have been extended until November 10, 2026.  

These exclusions—covering a wide range of industrial, manufacturing and medical goods (including solar-manufacturing equipment, machinery, EV-related components, and medical supplies)—were originally set to expire November 29, 2025
