Hurricane Harvey Update

The impact of Hurricane Harvey on the Houston area continues to be felt. There is still flooding in Texas and Louisiana, and it should continue for the rest of the week.

Houston’s two main airports Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and Hobby (HOU) opened at 4 p.m. Wednesday 8/30, but flights are still somewhat limited.

The ports of Galveston and Freeport reopened Thursday 8/31.

All Port of Houston facilities are also closed, as is the port of Corpus Christi. They remain closed for damage assessments of the shipping channels and hope to be operational later this week.
