Dayforce at Allyn - Getting Started, Utilizing, Familiarizing, and Exploring.
We are currently switching from Paycor to a new system, Dayforce, which includes a variety of features such as recruiting, new hire onboarding, performance, and more. Understanding the new system is an important part of our daily work and helps us to better answer questions for our employees as well as operate the system to complete each process.
When faced with a completely new system, we were faced with a number of challenges. Whenever a new question arises, the first thing I do is try to find the answer from various guides. Usually this is a very effective way of answering questions. We have also experienced some mistakes and setbacks.
When I can't find the answer in the guides, I appreciate the help of my colleagues. They always solve my problems effectively.
Along with the challenges, Dayforce has brought some new practical tools.
One of the tools I‘m interested in is TeamRelate. While fulfilling the basic work functions, the new Team Relate feature will help employees understand themselves and help their leaders understand how to communicate properly with their team members. TeamRelate is one of the useful tools that Dayforce brings to the table.
In addition, there are all sorts of features that we need to explore. The new system is one of strong logic and rich functionality. We are always discovering new features, and the process is like a treasure hunt.
I hope to become more proficient with Dayforce in the near future and be able to give all employees meticulous answers to any questions they may have along the way. I also hope to discover more new features that will make our daily work more efficient.
