Allyn International Presented at the University of Economics

PRAGUE (October 20, 2014) – Allyn International Services (Allyn) presented to students of the University of Economics Prague (VŠE) on Tuesday, October 7. The EMEA logistics operations manager Heather Skovron gave a lecture about real life logistics, business relationships and 4PL services. There were about 35 students in the class, mostly majoring in International Business, IT and Corporate Finance and Management. 

The lecture gave Allyn an excellent opportunity to share practical experience with the students as well as offering some insight into an international company. "It was wonderful to share insights into the industry that I wish I would have had during my education," commented Skovron. "I was impressed by the student's very thoughtful questions and knowledge of logistics already."

Allyn International´s Prague office was established more than 10 years ago and since then relies on the University of Economics graduates as a major source of new hires. VŠE is the biggest public university of economics in the Czech Republic (currently, it has almost 20,000 students) and recently celebrated its 60th anniversary.
