Allyn International Donate 372 Stuffed Animals to Children’s Advocacy Center

FORT MYERS, Fla. (October 25, 2021) – Allyn International (Allyn), a local supply chain consulting firm, has donated 372 Stuffed Animals to the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC). CAC is currently experiencing a shortage of stuffed animals. The stuffed animals are given to the children who are working through tough situations, many of the children are victims of abuse and neglect. The 372 stuffed animals equated to approximately $3,602 which the company matched in a monetary donation. On October 26, 2021, Yuliya Dergacheva, who ran the event, will present CAC with a check at Allyn’s quarterly meeting.

Founded in 1981, the mission of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida (CAC) is to provide a coordinated response to child victims of abuse and neglect; and improve the lives of at-risk children and their families through prevention services. At CAC, we assess and treat children believed to have been physically or sexually abused or to be at-risk of such abuse, and a provide a safe place for them to come and be heard. We offer abuse determination services as well as therapeutic counseling, parenting education and prevention programs in Lee, Hendry, Glades and Charlotte Counties.
