2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey Outcome

In 2014, Allyn invited 528 customers from all our service groups to participate in our customer satisfaction survey. We reached a response ratio of 29%. Here are some relevant highlights from our survey:

  • On average, 93% of respondents consider our individual service groups meet or exceed expectations
  • Our NPS is more than double the average for a business to business service provider
  • 95 % of respondents stated Allyn demonstrates a courteous attitude and professionalism
