Next Trucking and Mitsui OSK Lines Make Tandem Partnership
Two logistical giants make big moves to save businesses as much as 20% on their shipping costs from China into ports in California. Next Trucking has paired up with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines in order to streamline efficiency and cut costs to improve the global marketplace.
The two companies will work together to bring a whole new life to the cradle-to-grave concept by providing end-to-end transparency from the port to the final destination. The partnership will provide venders with an opportunity to consolidate their goods in China by utilizing warehouse space. Mitsui OSK will provide an option for clients to share on their container costs with other vendors. Vendor’s products that are inbound from China will be destined to land on trucks using Next Trucking’s proprietary technology that connects truckers to shippers. By working in tandem, shipping goods from China to California will take less time and save more resources for their venders.
These are logistical leaps that makes our business relations to China stronger. Even with a tough political atmosphere, the invisible hand of the economy found a way to ease a bit of tension with the Far East in the transportation industry.
