Contribution

At Allyn, we are encouraged to contribute to those less fortunate in our communities. Each quarter, employees can nominate a local nonprofit organization that they wish to be considered as that quarter’s charity. The employee who’s nonprofit is chosen then becomes chairperson of the fundraising efforts for the quarter. With these efforts, Allyn has contributed more than $150,000 to charities.

Happy people become happy employees, which in turn creates an enjoyable workplace. Our employees exemplify this value by participating in monthly lunch bunches, charity events, participating in local 5k’s, taking part in our team building retreats, and so much more!

Allyn conducts its business honestly and ethically wherever we operate in the world.  We constantly improve the quality of our services, products and operations and create a reputation for our integrity in our honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, trust, and sound business judgment.

Prosperity

It is the condition of being successful or thriving, especially economic well-being.

Prosperity to a leader: Communication with the client to understand and plan for their needs. Explain the values and vision. Give employees the freedom to express ideas, and help to them and the company grow. Set up regular meetings with employees for discussions and feedback. Be intelligent and confident when bidding for new work.

Prosperity to an individual contributor: Being committed individually and as a team to achieve client expectations. Be proactive with clients. Ask them "What can we do to help you prosper?" Be bold and confident.

Excellence

If you significantly value and align your actions towards excellence, then you will naturally improve in other areas.  Excellence is the one value you can arguably never fully achieve, as everyone can always do better in something.  If you master one skill, there are likely many others in the wings needing improvement. You will also notice excellence seeps into other aspects of your work and life.

Focused Growth

Acquiring new skills not only delivers success and creates a better work environment, but it also allows for endless opportunities.  If there are training classes, seminars, webinars, or licenses to be obtained, Allyn will invest in each employee’s growth as individuals and employees.
