Pak-Galvin Joins Allyn International

FORT MYERS, Fla. (July 26, 2016) – Nastia Pak-Galvin has joined Allyn International Services, Inc. (Allyn) as the Human Resources Manager for both the Americas and Asia in the Fort Myers, FL office. Pak-Galvin is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function for Allyn locations in North and South America and Asia. She will provide comprehensive and strategic leadership and support in recruiting and staffing, compensation, benefits, legal compliance, policy and procedure development and administration, employee and labor relations, safety and strategic planning that further the mission, operation and vision of our company. Before joining Allyn, Pak-Galvin spent the past six years working for Interop Technologies, located in Fort Myers, FL, as the Human Resources Manager dealing with employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, and training and development.
