ALA Touch Update: Premium Approval

The newest release of Allyn’s ALA Touch mobile application allows premium freight authorizations to be processed through the application. Once a premium freight request is submitted, the approver will get a notification indicating that they have a pending approval request. To complete the approval process, open the application and approve or reject the premium freight request. This new feature will streamline the premium freight approval process and limit the amount of time that requests are pending, as approvers can now approve premium shipments on the go.

Approvers and approval levels can be customized based on the needs of the business.
