North Carolina Issues Supplemental Tax Matrix

The North Carolina Department of Revenue published its Supplemental Taxability Matrix, which lists taxable services and exemptions not defined in the SSTP Agreement or SSTP taxability matrix. Changes went into effect January 1, 2010.
