Changes for Washington’s B&O ‘Trailing’ Nexus Guidelines
Washington has issued updated guidelines on ‘trailing’ nexus relating to B&O tax. Starting June 1, 2010, businesses with nexus in Washington that stop activity continue to have nexus for the remainder of the calendar year, plus an additional calendar year thereafter. For more information,
